Each model is built in our Construction Facility to the same specifications we use for every home we build for our customers. You can see the quality in the construction, in the products we use and in the care we take to customize our homes.
So please come visit the model homes at our three Model Home Centers, where you will be able to look at the floorplans we use as a base and meet the people who will customize the floorplan that most closely meets your needs. You will also get to see the brands we use to outfit your new home, including Merillat, Andersen, Mohawk and Panasonic, to name just a few.

Cooler temperatures are just around the corner, which means it is time to start thinking about getting your home ready for fall weather.
The experts list cleaning gutters and downspouts and inspecting your roof and chimney for cracks and damage as among the top tasks for fall maintenance.
Raking leaves and disposing them is, of course, a seasonal chore but so should be removing your garden hose from spigots and draining the hose so it can be stored inside. And make sure the spigot is tightly shut.
Make sure your windows are tight and storm windows are in place and store outdoor furniture for the winter. If you have a snow blower, get it serviced.
Inside the house, don’t forget to replace the batteries on your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors when you set your clocks back. Replace your furnace filters and perhaps get the furnace inspected and serviced, if necessary.
Remember drive-in theaters? Watching movies outside? It was fun, and a great tradition to bring back to your own home.
One of the hottest trends in outdoor living and entertainment this year is setting up a theater in your own backyard. Find a large screen, some nice speakers, a projector and there you go, says home expert Bob Vila.
