How We Build: New Home Consultants ready for you
At Homeway Homes we want to make sure the home building experience is as comfortable as possible for our customers. After all, it is one of the biggest decisions you will make in your life; it is our job to reduce stress where we can.
When you meet with one of our New Home Consultants at one of our Model Home Centers, he will spend as much time with you as you want, from start to finish, to help you feel secure in the process.
How We Build: What Is Modular Building?
Modular building is, in a nutshell, just what the name implies. At Homeway Homes we build homes and buildings one module at a time in a process that strengthens and adds quality to the entire structure. Each module is built to fit together as perfectly as possible.
We are happy to show off our process to anybody, especially to potential customers. Visit one of our model home centers to learn more about the modular building process and later, tour our construction facility in Deer Creek to watch it all happen.

How We Build: We lead you, step by step
When you sign the initial contract that spells out the floorplan you’ve chosen for your home, the modifications to fit your needs and desires, including the amenities you chose at our Model Home Center, there isn’t much else for you to do. But it’s just the beginning of the build process for the professionals at Homeway Homes.
One of those professionals is the project manager who will be assigned to your home. This manager will guide you through the rest of the process, step by step. That includes getting all of the permits together for the project and having you sign the ones that require your signature.
The construction of the house itself is inside our Construction Facility in Deer Creek. There are many quality control checks along the way. This verifies every step is performed as expected to ensure the quality of the build, one house at a time.
The project manager then will make sure all of the site preparation work is being done for delivery of your new home, including the building of the basement, garage and sidewalks. And finally, he will take you through the house for a final inspection, then give you the keys to your brand new home. To learn more about our process, click here.
