When the cold and snowy weather has shut down other home builders, you’ll find our team going strong at our Construction Facility in Deer Creek. Conventional builders either struggle to build in the bad weather or just completely stop during the winter months. However, our employees are hard at work in our climate-controlled Construction Facility building new homes. And with minimal site work we can complete a home during the winter months so you can enjoy your home at the start of spring!
